This page describes how enquiries work on this website.
Website enquiries
The form lets you review your name, email address, company, project type, location or time zone (if provided), and project description before sending. When direct submission is available, choosing “Send enquiry” sends these details to Anvayric through our Firebase-hosted enquiry handler and Brevo email service. Otherwise, you can open a draft in your own email application or copy the message. Reviewing a message does not send it. We use information you send to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. The website does not maintain an enquiry database; sent enquiries are held in our business email. We keep them for as long as needed for the conversation and any resulting business relationship.
Delivery and abuse prevention
Firebase processes form requests and Brevo delivers enquiries to our business email. To limit abuse, we store hashed IP and email identifiers with request counts and expiry dates; we do not store enquiry bodies in that database. Hosting and email providers may retain technical logs under their own policies. See Google’s privacy policy and Brevo’s privacy policy. Enquiry text is not stored in browser storage or deliberately written to our application logs.
What to share
A general description of your workflow is enough for a first conversation. Please do not include passwords, confidential records, or personal information about your customers or staff.
Cookies and hosting
Anvayric has not added analytics or advertising trackers to this site. The hosting provider may process technical request information and use cookies required for hosting or access control.
Following our work
Choosing “Follow the work” sends an enquiry with your stated interests. It does not automatically subscribe you to a mailing list. We can respond about those interests; any recurring email subscription would require a separate opt-in. The journal RSS feed does not require your email address.
